London-Moscow employs a dedicated team of layout experts who can typeset your translated text in any language or file format.

Formatting is the arrangement of elements (text, graphics and white space) in the translated document in the required order.

Our experts can lay out a translated document to preserve the original design. If there are pictures, tables and other graphic elements in your paper, you can order a 100% faithful copy of the original layout. This is when our team, using up-to-date graphics software, will scan in the original document, translate captions and text inside pictures or graphs. Upon completion of the translation, the scanned parts will be inserted back into the main text and the end-product will maintain the design of the original document. Documents may be laid out in all of the standard software packages (Quark, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Word etc.)

We accept for processing any type of data media – paper (printed out or handwritten), diskettes, CDs, handy drives, email or fax, etc. For your convenience we could type in the text of a handwritten document and submit it to you when handing in the translation.

Upon request, we can produce a large number of copies (as required) of the translated document in any format, black and white or/and full colour, stitch the sheets or laminate the paper.
